B2C: User Responsibilities in Buildings, excluding Residential Care

Course description

The objective of this course is to make Persons Having Control (Owners, Operators, Users, Facility Managers, Management Companies, and other Duty Holders) aware of their roles and responsibilities in respect of fire safety in buildings other than residential. This course is distinct from Courses B2A, which addresses Residential Care Facilities, and B2B which addresses Residential buildings, such as apartments, hotels, hostels, and similar accommodation. While the course includes a concise overview of the relevant legislation, statutory requirements, and standards, its primary focus is on practical duties relating to the management, operation, and maintenance of Life Safety Systems.
